Digital Marketing Specialist at Levitikal Group

• We are a group of companies seeking for an experienced digital marketing specialist. The ideal candidate must be able to build the group's digital marketing function from ground up. They will manage every aspect of the group's digital presence and be the primary engine behind online brand growth, lead generation and customer lifecycle management across all subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, facebook, Youtube, Tiktok)
• Drive organic growth through technical SEO, on-page optimisation, local SEO and blog content
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on meta ads, google ads and LinkedIn with full budget accountability
• Own the CRM pipeline stages, lead scoring, sourcing tagging and lifecycle automation
• Build and manage the full email programme: newsletters, drip sequences and lead nurture flows
• Manage Levitikalgroup.com and subsidiary pages: UX, speed, content, landing pages and conversion
• Oversee digital copy: social captions, emails, web pages, blog posts, ad copy on-brand, in English
• set up and maintain full analytics stack: deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
• Build automated lead capture and nurture workflows from first digital touch to sales handover

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
• 5 - 7 years experience on hands on end to end digital marketing experience, not just social media management. You must be able to point to specific campaigns, channels and results with real numbers
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
