Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers and the architect to evaluate existing problems and offer process improvement solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks in the coding development and implementation process.
• Participate in the planning of the delivery time, the quality of the code, and the improvement of the efficiency of the process.
• Execute the plan by creating coding standards and automating processes for the organization.
• Perform daily tasks such as setting up development and production environments, monitoring metrics, and reporting incidents.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of platform configuration management and troubleshooting.
• Actively participate in the deployment of application devices in appropriate environments through compatible technologies and infrastructures.
• Coordinate with developers and technical members of the organization to understand their main weaknesses in the coding and development process.
• Collaborate with the team to provide coherent and holistic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in computer science or another related field.
• 3-4 years of coding and scripting experience in implementing large-scale cloud architectures using modern cloud-based container platforms is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the implementation of automatic infrastructure provisioning solutions is a big advantage (i.e. Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
• Knowledge of Linux OS, SQL, PL SQL, Scripting, and Container is required.
• Knowledge of networks, cloud infrastructure, and management tools for computing components, storage, networking, caching, etc. is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Agile methodology.
• Experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer in an agile multifunctional team is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate and create efficient and innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Overview

• We are building an AI-Native Engineering team and are looking for Quality Engineers who use modern AI tools as a core part of how they design, execute, and automate testing.
• Working as part of a team across multiple projects simultaneously, you will provide quality assurance support to designated software, organise and track incident response activities, and simplify audit and compliance work.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and developers across the full testing spectrum — database, unit, API, security, performance and UAT — to ensure that code is production-ready before it ships.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance support to designated software across multiple concurrent projects
• Perform feature acceptance, regression, and UI testing
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases across database, unit, API, security, and UAT testing
• Build and maintain test automation across these testing layers
• Analyse design documentation and production requirements to define effective test strategies
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation
• Organise and track incident response activities
• Support audit and compliance activities, simplifying processes where possible
• Participate actively in the release process and ensure code is production-ready before deployment
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and developers throughout the SDLC
• AI-Native Quality Engineering.

AI-Native Quality Engineering:

• Apply AI tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to generate test cases, test data, and documentation
• Use prompt engineering techniques to accelerate test design and edge-case identification
• Build AI-assisted automation across database, unit, API, security, and UAT testing
• Use AI tools to identify defects, vulnerabilities, and performance issues earlier in the cycle
• Critically evaluate AI-generated test artefacts and validate their correctness before use
• Contribute to internal AI-assisted testing frameworks and reusable patterns

Qualifications
Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar Quality Engineering or Software Testing role
• Demonstrated experience in test case design, maintenance, and execution
• Good theoretical knowledge of QA and software testing principles and the software development process
• Specialisation in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Intermediate English, both written and oral.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with API testing
• Experience with test automation
• Familiarity with testing across multiple layers (database, unit, API, security, UAT)
• Experience using a test management tool
• AI & Automation Skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing or coding tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor)
• Ability to validate and refine AI-generated test artefacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing
• Experience with security testing
• Working knowledge of SQL or relational databases for database testing
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for test case generation
• Experience contributing to continuous testing pipelines.
