    DevOps Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The DevOps Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments to ensure efficient CI/CD automation, system reliability, and seamless deployments. The jobholder will maintain and enhance Kubernetes clusters, IIS applications, and Azure DevOps pipelines while ensuring compliance with best practices in networking, security, and infrastructure management. The role requires collaboration with IT and security teams to drive operational excellence and support the company’s technology transformation goals.

    Key Accountabilities

    • CI/CD Management: Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for on-premises and cloud-based workloads, ensuring continuous integration and smooth deployment processes.
    • Infrastructure Management: Administer and optimize on-prem Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads to support system scalability, reliability, and performance.
    • Application Deployment: Deploy, configure, and manage IIS-hosted .NET and PHP applications, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
    • Automation & Configuration: Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
    • Monitoring & Performance: Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security compliance using industry-standard tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
    • Network & Security Collaboration: Work closely with IT and security teams to manage network configurations, VPNs, firewalls, and access controls.
    • Infrastructure Projects: Contribute to key infrastructure projects including migrations, upgrades, and scaling of systems to meet business demands.
    • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and operational standards for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps or infrastructure experience.
    • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD best practices.
    • Experience managing Kubernetes clusters (on-prem preferred) and Docker.
    • Strong background in Windows Server, IIS, and deployment automation.
    • Working knowledge of networking concepts, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers.
    • Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell scripting.
    • Understanding of monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK).

    Preferred

    • Experience managing hybrid environments (Azure + on-premises).
    • Exposure to backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.

    SharePoint Developer

    Job Summary

    • The SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions that enhance collaboration, automate business processes, and drive the Group’s digital transformation agenda. The jobholder will leverage Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams to build efficient and scalable solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in developing custom SharePoint applications, managing site architecture, integrating systems across the Microsoft ecosystem, and ensuring optimal performance, governance, and security of SharePoint environments.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions including lists, libraries, sites, and pages to address business needs and improve user experience. Develop custom SharePoint apps using Power Apps, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), or JavaScript frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
    • Workflow Automation: Build, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow) or SharePoint Designer to streamline and enhance business processes across departments.
    • Governance & Security: Manage permissions, access controls, and governance of SharePoint sites. Ensure compliance with company standards, data protection, and information security protocols.
    • Stakeholder Engagement & Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical documentation, training, and ongoing support to end-users.
    • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor SharePoint performance, identify potential issues, and implement timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, SharePoint Developer Certification) are an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online and/or On-premises).
    • Proven experience developing workflows (Power Automate), Power Apps, and SPFx components.
    • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, governance, permissions, and best practices.
    • Experience in REST API, Graph API, and JSON for integration and automation.
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for UI customization.
    • Understanding of Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID integration, and overall Microsoft 365 environment.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    • Familiarity with Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
    • Experience in SharePoint administration or DevOps deployment pipelines for SharePoint solutions.
