The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing remittance partnerships across core high-volume corridors, particularly within the US, Africa & Emerging Markets. The role focuses on driving inbound FX flows, increasing transaction volumes, and maximizing revenue contribution from key IMTO and aggregator partners.
The ideal candidate will own partner performance end-to-end, ensuring strong relationship management, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and supporting commercial initiatives that enhance partner value and retention. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Paga’s position across key remittance corridors.

The Enterprise Risk Manager will be responsible for supporting the head in the development, re-design, implementation and maintenance of the risk management framework within Paga in line with the company’s strategic plans and its 3rd party activities. This includes developing and maintaining detailed risk management policies and processes and working with key business stakeholders to facilitate the embedding of these across the organization. The Risk Manager will also be responsible for the ongoing review and challenge of risk framework effectiveness and the implementation of risk management best practice.

The Business Development Manager (Partnerships & Expansion) will be responsible for driving new partnership acquisition and expanding Paga Remit’s footprint across key remittance corridors, including Nigeria, the UK, Asia, and the EU. This role is focused on originating and closing new business opportunities, onboarding strategic IMTOs, FinTech's, aggregators, and financial institutions, and driving inbound FX flows and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a hunter with strong commercial acumen, capable of identifying high-value opportunities, leading end-to-end sales cycles, and positioning Paga Remit as a preferred partner for cross-border remittance into Nigeria.
