RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Will be responsible for overseeing sales operation of the company.

• Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for the Company’s sales.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Setting sales target for individuals reps and your team as a whole..
• Allocating areas to sales representatives.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analysing sales figures.
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.

• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Reporting to managing director.

B. Sc (2nd Class) or HND (Credit) in Marketing, Public Relations, Bus. Admin or any equivalent with at least five to seven years relevant experience in similar position including minimum of five years experience in FMCG. Must be Computer literate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that filled volumes are exact before capping
• Checking product labels printed parameter and coding to ensure conformance to specification
• Performing regular production routine
• Reporting any non-conformance problem to the supervisor or the line manager
• Supporting the production team to get things done and recorded correctly, and making sure that everyone complies with Company food safety procedures
• Ensure filling/capping stain free mouth of all bottles
• Ensure compliance to GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE (GMP) guidelines on production lines and that proper gowning procedure are followed within the production facility i.e. the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• A filling operative must ensure the proper washing of caps before use for daily operation
• Avoid wastage of product and materials
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification:
OND/Diploma/NCE in Food Tech., Science Lab Tech., Biochemistry, Chemistry or any equivalent. Experinece in FMCG will be an added advantage. Must be Computer literate
