Job Description

• Responding to alarms by contacting operators at other facilities or initiating emergency response procedures.
• Perform system upgrade as assigned / Instructed/ approved by the supervisor and this includes addition of card readers, cameras and alarm points to existing structure as well as recommend software/ firmware upgrade.
• Maintaining records of daily operations, including maintenance schedules and equipment performance.
• Keep accurate records of all check ins, fault calls, resolution, escalations and send reports on activities to supervisor daily.
• Responding to emergencies by operating equipment such as alarm systems, generators, pumps, and sprinkler systems.
• Documenting events in a logbook or computerized system to track equipment status and record system performance.
• Conduct checks on all installed devices (CCTVs, Access Control & alarm systems) to confirm their status and proactively resolve faults where required or as immediately observed.
• Keep all records of stocks (materials and equipment) required as spares for replacement where necessary and send stock update report to supervisor weekly.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly used, kept, and maintained.
• Avoid material wastage.
• Perform general office and system maintenance.

Qualification & Experience

• GCE Ordinary Level / SSCE.
• Minimum of four years work experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of generating unit operation, engineering, or maintenance practices
• Candidate must have technical skills/ experience in electronic Security Monitoring.

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments in the region
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Be preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements / Skills
Candidate must have:

• HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the service industry, preferably in the security industry.
• Must have a vast knowledge of Lagos State and its environment.
• Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Representative
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Having a professional certification will be an added advantage.
