Content & Social Media Executive at Elvaridah

About the Role

• We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Content & Social Media Executive with a genuine passion for design, storytelling, and lifestyle content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing brand social media accounts, producing high-quality content, and growing engaged digital communities. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to bring our projects to life online — from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consistent content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create compelling written, visual, and video content that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and communicates the artistry behind our interior design projects.
• Tell engaging stories around our design projects — from mood boards and project previews to completed transformations and client testimonials.
• Manage all social media pages, ensuring consistent posting frequency, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to produce project highlight videos, design features, and client case stories.
• Write blog posts, captions, email newsletters, and website copy that reflect the brand’s voice and positioning.
• Monitor content performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, click-through rate) and provide regular reports with data-driven improvement suggestions.
• Stay up to date with interior design trends, content formats, and social media algorithm changes.
• Support the planning and coverage of brand events, project launches, and campaigns.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will be measured on content engagement rates, follower growth, posting consistency, campaign reach, and the quality of storytelling around our projects. A successful candidate will build a recognisable and aspirational digital presence for our client within the first six months.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts and producing content professionally (personal pages/influencer experience does not substitute for brand management experience).
• Demonstrable experience in the design, lifestyle, luxury, real estate, or hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
• Strong storytelling ability — both visual and written — with an excellent eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
• Solid photo and video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva Pro, or CapCut.
• Familiarity with content planning tools such as Notion, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to adapt tone and voice across formats.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain brand consistency without close supervision.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand content created for lifestyle, design, luxury, or consumer-facing clients is mandatory.
