    Job Summary

    • The Company Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently driving company vehicles, including ambulances (Hiace buses) and regular saloon cars.
    • The role requires a professional, reliable, and safety-conscious individual who can operate manual transmission vehicles and ensure company vehicles remain clean, functional, and ready for daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive company ambulances (Hiace buses) and saloon cars as assigned
    • Operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and safely
    • Ensure timely transportation of staff, clients, or materials as required
    • Maintain vehicles in good operational condition (cleanliness, fuel level, basic checks – non-technical)
    • Report any faults, damages, or operational issues promptly
    • Use Google Maps and other navigation tools to ensure efficient routing
    • Adhere strictly to road safety rules and company driving policies
    • Dress professionally at all times; company T-shirts will be provided
    • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude while on duty.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a company or professional driver
    • Ability to drive manual transmission big buses (Hiace) and saloon cars
    • Valid driver’s license Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes
    • Ability to use Google Maps for navigation
    • Physically fit and safety-conscious
    • Well-presented, responsible, and reliable
    • Willingness to work weekends and assigned shifts.

    Role Summary

    • The Commercial & Sales Lead is a strategic executive responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performance sales organization, and leading the commercial transformation of the business.
    • This role requires a hands-on leader to execute national sales strategies, expand distribution, penetrate key accounts, and build strong brand visibility.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
    • Align supply and demand effectively.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum of 15 years commercial experience, with at least 8 years in sales leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of scaling revenue and building high-performing teams.
    • Strong experience in distribution networks and key account management.
    • Deep understanding of the Nigerian market landscape.
