• We are seeking a reliable and experienced Company Driver to join our team.
• The Company Driver will be responsible for transporting our scientists from their accommodations to various locations, including laboratories and research facilities in other states.
• Additionally, the Company Driver will ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and clean at all times.

Responsibilities

• Transportation: Safely drive company scientists to and from their accommodations, laboratories, and other designated locations.
• Travel Assistance: Accompany scientists on out-of-state trips to assist with navigation and ensure timely arrival at scheduled destinations.
• Logistics Support: Assist scientists in loading and unloading equipment and materials as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of the company vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel for maintenance and repairs.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle, including washing and vacuuming, to maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a company driver or similar role.
• Familiarity with local and interstate routes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
• Willingness to travel overnight for out-of-state trips.

The Inoculator / Operator will play a crucial role in our laboratory operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient inoculation of samples as per protocols and operating various equipment necessary for the process.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inoculation of samples according to established protocols and procedures.
• Operate and maintain equipment required for the inoculation process, ensuring proper functioning and calibration.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inoculation activities, including sample information, experimental conditions, and results.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the inoculation process, ensuring the timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in the laboratory.
• Assist in other laboratory tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably with experience in sample inoculation and operation of laboratory equipment.
• Strong understanding of laboratory protocols and procedures, including aseptic techniques and safety practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
