    Community Manager

    About the Role:

    • As the Community Manager/Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets everyone who walks through our doors.
    • You'll play a vital role in fostering a strong sense of community, managing parent relations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new families.

    Responsibilities:

    • Community Management:
    • Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
    • Schedule tours, meetings, and events.
    • Coordinate school communication through newsletters, social media, and our website.
    • Facilitate parent engagement initiatives by organizing events and activities.
    • Admissions & Onboarding:
    • Manage the admissions process, including initial inquiries, scheduling tours, and processing applications.
    • Facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new families.
    • Maintain accurate records of student and parent information.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with social media platforms a plus.
    • A passion for Montessori education is highly preferred.

    ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Teacher (Ages 6-10)

    About the Role:

    • In this part-time role, you'll play a crucial role in developing our students' ICT knowledge and skills. You'll create a fun and engaging learning environment where children ages 6-10 can explore technology, build confidence, and become responsible digital citizens.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and deliver engaging and age-appropriate ICT lessons aligned with the curriculum.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
    • Introduce students to essential ICT skills like coding basics, digital literacy, and online safety.
    • Encourage creativity and problem-solving through technology projects.
    • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
    • Collaborate with teachers from other subjects to integrate ICT skills across the curriculum.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest educational technology trends.

    Qualifications:

    • Teaching qualification or relevant experience in ICT education (preferred).
    • A passion for technology and its potential in education.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • The ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
    • Patience and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
