    Commercial Manager

    Role Summary

    • The Commercial Manager will lead Bridgemead Advisory's commercial growth by driving new business acquisition, expanding existing client relationships, and positioning the firm as a trusted advisory partner.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that increase revenue, build long-term client partnerships, and create opportunities to deliver recruitment, executive search, organizational development, leadership, and advisory solutions.
    • This role serves as the critical link between market opportunities and sustainable business growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    Commercial Growth & Business Development:

    • Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and expand Bridgemead's market presence.
    • Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients across the firm's target industries while maintaining a healthy pipeline of commercial opportunities.
    • Lead the entire business development process from prospecting and client engagement through proposal development, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
    • Conduct market research to identify high-value prospects, emerging business opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships.
    • Achieve agreed revenue, client acquisition, and commercial performance targets.

    Client Relationship Management & Account Growth:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with CEOs, Managing Directors, HR Directors, CFOs, COOs, and other senior business leaders.
    • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client challenges and recommend tailored recruitment and advisory solutions.
    • Grow existing client accounts through cross-selling and upselling of Bridgemead's recruitment, executive search, leadership, and advisory services.
    • Strengthen long-term client relationships to increase client lifetime value and repeat business while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

    Commercial Strategy & Market Development:

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
    • Support the development of new service offerings, pricing strategies, and commercial approaches that balance competitiveness with profitability.
    • Represent Bridgemead Advisory at executive forums, conferences, networking events, and industry engagements to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
    • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through executive roundtables, industry reports, webinars, articles, and professional networking platforms.

    Proposal Development & Commercial Operations:

    • Prepare compelling proposals, capability statements, commercial presentations, and client solutions that address business needs.
    • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure seamless transition of new engagements to the service delivery team.
    • Maintain an accurate CRM, monitor commercial pipeline performance, develop revenue forecasts, and provide regular reports on commercial activities and key performance metrics.
    • Recommend improvements to commercial processes, systems, and client engagement practices to improve business efficiency and sales effectiveness.

    Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
    • 5–8 years' experience in Business Development, Commercial Management, Sales, Client Relationship Management, Consulting, or a related commercial role.
    • Demonstrated success acquiring and managing B2B clients.
    • Experience selling professional services, HR solutions, consulting, executive search, or business advisory services will be a significant advantage.

    Technical Assistant

    About the Role

    • Whitehouse Design Curators is seeking an experienced Technical Assistant to provide technical leadership across its real estate development, construction, and property projects.
    • The successful candidate will oversee project execution, technical due diligence, regulatory compliance, land administration, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning, execution, and technical supervision of construction and development projects, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and compliance with engineering and regulatory standards.
    • Conduct technical and land due diligence, including feasibility studies, structural assessments, title verification, survey reviews, and evaluation of property acquisitions.
    • Coordinate planning approvals, development permits, statutory documentation, and compliance with Nigerian land, building, environmental, and planning regulations while serving as the primary liaison with relevant regulatory agencies.

    Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Mining

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's finance function and provide executive financial leadership across all mining operations.
    • Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Group Finance team, the CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, treasury, capital management, financial reporting, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, risk management, and investment support to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance management aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Provide financial modelling, investment analysis, and commercial support for mine development, capital projects, new concessions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
    • Oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, capital expenditure, and internal financial controls in compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
    • Manage tax planning, royalty obligations, external audits, regulatory reporting, and financial governance across mining operations.

    Requirements
    Education & Professional Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
    • MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
    • Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent is required.
    • Additional certifications in Treasury Management, Financial Modelling, or Project Finance are advantageous.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
    • Proven experience within mining, extractives, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries.
