Full responsibility for all management reports e.g., Management Business Review (MBR), HPL periodic Management report for all functions, Business Review Meeting (BRM), Sales and Operations Planning Financials (S&OP) etc.
Full responsibility for Brand performance & profitability management with Sales and Marketing.
Full responsibility for Marketing and Sales Team financial and non-financial decision support, strategic planning, and alignment between customer & category
Qualificationsand Education Requirements
First Degree in Economics / Accounting
ACA/ACCA/CPA Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Word
People & Stakeholder management compulsory
Commercial experience & acumen
Strategic Finance Management
Accounting & Audit Skills
10+ years with at least 5 years in a management role.

Research supply chain issues to identify potential problems and preemptively address them.
Staying up to date on the latest innovations in logistics and what competitors are implementing.
Addressing routine and unexpected disruptions in the supply chain to keep products moving.
Requirements
B.A / B.Sc in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or relevant Degree with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in the FMCG sector
Substantial knowledge of standard logistics procedures and practices required
Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations.
Proficient skills in MS Excel.
Good analytical skills.
Leadership skills.
