    Cleaner

    Job Summary

    • The Cleaner ensures that the pharmaceutical and retail store environment remains clean, safe, hygienic, and well-maintained in compliance with health and safety standards, particularly those applicable to pharmaceutical environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Clean and sanitize floors, shelves, counters, and restrooms daily.
    • Disinfect pharmaceutical storage areas following standard protocols.
    • Dust and wipe down display units, windows, and furniture.
    • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
    • Refill hand sanitizers, soap dispensers, and tissue supplies.
    • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
    • Assist with general cleanliness during restocking or store rearrangements.
    • Follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical settings.
    • Handle cleaning chemicals safely and store them properly after use.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE with 1 - 2 years work experience. 

    Knowledge Requirements:

    • Understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies

    • Knowledge of infection prevention and control, especially in pharmaceutical settings

    Merchandizer

    Job Summary

    • To ensure that pharmaceutical and retail products are well-displayed, adequately stocked, and visually appealing to maximize customer purchase and enhance brand visibility while complying with health and safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Product Display & Arrangement:

    • ‎Arrange products according to company planograms and health regulations.
    • ‎Ensure shelves are clean, well-labeled, and stocked at all times.
    • ‎Rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) system to avoid expiry.

    ‎Stock Management:

    • ‎Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low stock or overstocked items.
    • ‎Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing new stock deliveries.

    ‎Sales Support:

    • ‎Provide product information to customers when necessary.
    • ‎Support promotional and marketing activities such as product sampling, discounts, and in-store promotions.

    ‎Compliance & Hygiene:

    • ‎Adhere to pharmaceutical handling and safety regulations.
    • ‎Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of display areas.

    ‎Reporting:

    • ‎Submit daily/weekly reports on stock levels, sales trends, and customer feedback.
    • ‎Report any damaged or expired products promptly.

    Job Specification
    ‎Education & Qualifications:

    • ‎Minimum of OND / NCE in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or related field.
    • ‎Additional certification in retail, merchandising, or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.

    ‎Experience:

    • ‎1–2 years of experience in retail or pharmaceutical merchandising preferred.
    • ‎Knowledge of pharmaceutical product handling is a strong advantage.

    ‎Skills & Competencies:

    • ‎Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • ‎Basic knowledge of inventory systems or point-of-sale (POS) tools.
    • ‎Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • ‎Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • ‎Physically fit – able to stand for long hours and lift light boxes.
