Position Overview:

• We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy and operations in the aluminum fabrication sector. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, including product development, manufacturing processes, and technology integration, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage the engineering and technical teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the design, development, and improvement of aluminum fabrication processes and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure successful technology implementation and product launches.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to manufacturing and technology.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Present technical strategies and updates to the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial) or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of (10 years) of experience in a technical leadership role within the manufacturing or aluminum fabrication industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials science, and engineering principles related to aluminum.
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams and leading technology projects from conception to implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
• A track record of driving technological advancements and innovations within a manufacturing environment.

• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
