Job Description

• We are seeking to employ Chief Operations Officer to oversee the management and running of the facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals and long-term sustainability.
• Clinic/Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of clinical and wellness programs inclusive of managing the medical staff, psychologist & Therapist
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and risk management protocols.
• Financial & Performance Metrics: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and use analytics to optimize operational efficiency.
• Commercial Growth: Seek business opportunities by marketing & pitching facility services to companies, schools, potential and prospective patients that needs wellness & therapy programme.
• Patient Experience: Improve patient/client experience through high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• A Degree in Clinical Psychology, Health Care Administration or any related discipline with at least 5 years previous experience in managing a Health & Wellness Centre.

Job Summary

• In this role the candidate is the GMD's execution proxy — the person who governs Groups operational engine when the GMD is focused externally on capital, sovereign relationships, and board governance.

Job Responsibilities
Portfolio Governance:

• Own the Portfolio Manager’s accountability system: weekly check-ins, monthly scorecards, quarterly IC reviews.
• Enforce the Delegation of Authority matrix:
• Identify portfolio risk within 72 hours of emergence
• Produce the weekly portfolio digest that gives the GMD a single view across all subsidiary desks: RAG status, capital deployed, next milestones, risk flags
• Recommend portfolio wind-down or capital reallocation when evidence warrants it

HoldCo Governance & Institutional Architecture:

• Own the governance calendar: board pack production, policy enforcement, DoA matrix currency, IC submission schedule, and minutes distribution
• Produce board pack first drafts for GMD review
• Build and maintain the institutional document library: every governance framework, every policy, every decision record — live, current, and retrievable
• Manage the transition from verbal institutional culture to documented institutional culture — everything that governs how the HOLDCO operates must exist in writing.

Team Building & Hiring:

• Own every open HoldCo hiring process: search partner briefing, simulation coordination, scoring, reference verification, offer recommendation
• GMD Load Reduction
• Every decision within DoA threshold is made by you, without GMD input, with the outcome reported.
• Prepare the GMD for every significant meeting: briefing document, position paper, or talking points produced by you, to be reviewed by GMD.
• Filter inbound demands on the GMD's time: respond to what can be responded to, schedule what requires the GMD, and decline what does not warrant either
• Track the GMD's work loadload-reduction rate quarterly.

Requirements

• A Degree in Accounting, minimum 8 years of progressive experience with genuine operational accountability
• Direct experience in energy, technology, manufacturing, property, or government & DFI
• ACCA/ACA, MBA, or equivalent — or demonstrable equivalent financial literacy from operational experience.
