    Chief Financial Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team! As our CFO, you will be responsible for the financial, and risk management operations of our company.
    • In addition, you will also contribute to the development of our financial and operational strategyand the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system.

    Job Role

    • Manage the company’s financial planning
    • Plan and perform risk management duties
    • Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments
    • Plan, implement and manage investment strategies
    • Manage fundraising plans and capital structure
    • Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
    • Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants and treasurers
    • Manage and retain relationships with various vendors
    • Prepare current reports
    • Prepare and present forecasting reports
    • Adhere to the law and the company’s policies
    • Prepare receipts of payment
    • Preparation of Salary schedules
    • Taking charge of the Company's Tax matters
    • Tracking and preparing incentives schedule
    • Proper tracking of the Sales record.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant field and data analysis
    • Previous working experience as CFO for a minimum of five (5) years
    • Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law
    • Hands-on experience with risk management
    • Hands-on experience with financial management software
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Problem solver and critical thinker mindset.

    Civil Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an innovative Civil Engineer to design, develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through to completion.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
    • Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and others)
    • Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
    • Assess potential risks, materials and costs
    • Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
    • Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
    • Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
    • Monitor progress and compile reports on project status
    • Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
    • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

    Requirements and Skills

    • BS / MA in Civil Engineering
    • Proven working experience in civil engineering
    • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
    • Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
    • Project management and supervision skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Project Accountant

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a highly capable project accountant to provide our project team with accounting support.
    • As a Project Accountant, you will be required to report to the Chief of Operationsand manage all project bills and invoices
    • Your duties will also include reviewing budgets and preparing financial reports.

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor or other project managers as required.
    • Reviewing budgets, including staffing, work plans, and fee structures.
    • Providing project managers and clients with timely financial reports and budgets, as well as project forecasts.
    • Preparing pre-billing reports for project managers to review.
    • Preparing actual costs, working capital, and tax reports.
    • Monitoring receivable income and supporting project managers with collections.
    • Issuing invoices and purchase orders, as well as paying consultant, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier bills.
    • Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner.
    • Updating contracts according to client requirements and reporting associated budget amendments.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or similar.
    • 2 - 5 years experience as a project accountant, or similar.
    • Proficiency in electronic accounting systems
    • Ability to report to the Accounting Supervisor and other project managers.
    • Advanced proficiency in managing general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
    • Exceptional ability to prepare project budgets, financial forecasts, and tax reports.
    • Extensive experience in project invoicing and billing.
    • In-depth knowledge of best practices in accounting.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and client services.
