Job Summary

• The store Officer job entails maintaining an automated supply inventory database; updating the database of materials, supplies, and equipment for the chemical/fragrance store; generating related reports to verify inventory levels, and determining re-order activity and usage rates.

Job Description

• Maintain proper records of all inventory, items-inventory going out and coming in.
• Issuance of chemicals to production in line with Bill of Materials and entering usage into Sage.
• Mixing of EDTs and issuing same to production.
• Responsible for sending daily production report to Accounts covering items ii and iii above.
• Receive stock items as per supply and inform relevant departments.
• Monitor expiry dates of products and raise expiry’s with 6 months to management.
• Responsible for ensuring chemicals are labelled in compliance to NAFDAC regulations.
• Responsible for effective utilization of storage space and maintaining the store.
• Ensure physical monthly stock take of chemicals and fragrances.
• Responsible for providing updates on low chemical/fragrance stock weekly to Finance Manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• ND/HND/BSC in Accounting, Business Administration or other related field
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience as a store officer
• Previous experience in a cosmetics manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate (this is a deal breaker) MS Excel
• Familiarity with best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of proper inventory management.
• Must have warehousing and organization skills.
• Proximity to GBAGADA is an added advantage

Job Summary

• We are looking for a competent Internal Security Guard to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of resident and visitors.
• You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behaviour and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Requirements and skills

• Minimum of SSCE, NECO or ND holder
• 2-4 years of experience as a security guard or officer
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Proximity to MARYLAND or around it’s environs (IKEJA, BARIGA, KETU, OJOTA etc.)
