Key Responsibilities

• Check the truck daily (tires, brakes, lights, drum, and water system) before use.
• Keep the drum turning while driving to maintain cement quality.
• Confirm load details before leaving the plant.
• Work with site foremen to discharge cement properly.
• Wash the drum after each delivery.
• Report any truck problems or safety issues immediately.
• Keep the truck clean and professional at all times.
• Record details of each delivery (volume, time, site)

Requirements

• WAEC / NECO certificate.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s license (Class C or above).
• Driving Certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience driving mixer trucks or other heavy vehicles.
• Experience in cement/concrete delivery is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.

• This entry-level role involves assisting with manual production tasks, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting daily plant operations under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out manual tasks such as moving materials, cleaning, stacking blocks, watering, and tidying aggregates
• Assist in watering and maintaining the curing block yard.
• Help with receiving aggregates and keeping the stockyard organized.
• Keep block production areas clean and safe.
• Report safety hazards or machine problems immediately.
• Always wear protective gear (boots, gloves, helmet, mask, vest.
• Attend safety briefings and training sessions.
• Be punctual, reliable, and present throughout shifts

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of an WAEC / NECO
• Basic reading and writing skills
• 0 - 1 year experience (entry-level role)
• Physically fit and able to work in a dusty, outdoor environment

• Follow all safety rules and make sure protective gear is used
• Report any machine problems or safety issues immediately
• Keep records of each job done
• Guide junior workers on safe pump operation

Requirements

• WAEC / NECO certificate
• Valid license to operate cement pump machines
• At least 4 years’ experience using cement or concrete pumps
• Nigerian driver’s license (for truck-mounted pumps)
• Certification in pump operation is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to work on busy construction sites
• Good knowledge of safety rules and machine handling
