    School Counselor

    Location: Abijo (Lekki)

    Responsibilities

    • Helping students develop academic plans that match their skills and strengths
    • Facilitating crisis intervention and prevention programmes
    • Communicating with Teachers, parents and administrators about a student’s progress regularly
    • Building non-judgemental relationships based on trust and respect.
    • Helping students talk about their feelings and think about their choices.

    Requirements

    • A good university Degree in Guidance Counselling from a reputable higher institution.
    • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience. Previous experience in a school will be highly regarded.
    • Intuitive, Child friendliness and pleasant disposition.
    • Proximity to the location (Abijo, Ajah, Sangotedo and Badore) is a MUST.

    Store Officer

    Location: Ikoyi (Lagos) and Agbara (Ogun)

    Responsibilities 

    • Effective stock management and stores administration under approved guidelines.
    • Ensure proper record of all receipts (deliveries) in compliance with the purchase order.
    • Ensure up-to-date postings, stock taking and stock replenishment.
    • Carry out periodic checks on fixed assets inventory, etc.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Degree in a Numeric discipline.
    • Minimum Professional qualifications, if applicable: Foundation - Nigerian Inst. of Purchasing and Supply Management; ICAN etc

    Inventory Manager

    We are looking for a dedicated and reliable inventory manager to join our organisation. Your chief goal in this position will be to monitor and report on the organisation inventory levels. You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
    • Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
    • Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
    • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
    • Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
    • Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
    • Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
    • Analyse different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
    • Recruit and train new employees.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
    • A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
    • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
    • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
    • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
