Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Card Operations Officer - on a 12 month rolling contract to Manage relationships with bank’s partners such as logistics companies. Manage reconciliations and Inventories.

Responsibilities

• Receive produced cards from the bank's personalization company.
• Process received cards and POS terminal for onward delivery to customers through delivery partners and track the packages sent out till delivered and activated by customers.
• Weekly reconciliation, reporting and inventory keeping of produced, delivered and activated cards.
• Inventory keeping of dispatched POS terminals.
• Manage relationships with bank’s partners such as logistics companies, personalization, fulfillment partners amongst others.
• Collaborate with staff across teams to execute tasks assigned promptly.
• Provide support to customers on issues or inquiries related to the card products.
• Perform any and all other duties, related to the Card product, that may be required or needed from time to time

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills – sincere and articulate.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Ability to provide accurate information.
• Ability to handle pressure/conflict.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
• Conversant with Microsoft office tools or Google suites

Role Overview

We’re looking for passionate BI Business Analysts that can analyze and communicate business- related (BI & Analytical by nature) trends and data-driven business decisions through constant product evaluation and recommendations to stakeholders. Excelling in critical thinking, ensuring all data problems are solved. They must be able to transform data, gain understanding and use that insight to dig deeper and present a straightforward data story. Must be conformable, communicating findings and insight across multiple business levels, identifying improvement areas, and suggesting actionable outcomes aligned with business goals. You will be expected to:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing analytical solutions.
• Modernize and automate existing data models and analytical systems.
• Provide management and other teams with a plan of action.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams within Kuda and manage program outcomes.
• Ensure cost-efficient resource allocation.
• Project management and performance monitoring fed back to inter-department heads (BI
• and Analytics)
• Obtain information from various stakeholders, document required outcomes and solutions,and supply technical resources to build valuable decisions making products.
• Analyze current analytical and business process and device improvement solutions
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Managing competing resources and priorities.
• Involved in sprint planning meetings and scrum sessions to ensure portfolio alignment with business requirements.
• Manage and maintain analytical data dictionary and business glossary

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has the following:

• 5+ Years of experience in a BI Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst role, with a focus on analyzing and understanding business decision solutions
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Advance technical skills
• Prior experience in designing and implementing performance measures to track business or product KPIs
• A fundamental in identifying patterns or regions in products or behaviors that indicate opportunities for business process improvement
• A degree in the information technology field or relevant industry certification (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Science, Engineering)
• A track record of following through on commitments
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Nice to haves:

• Experience building solutions in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Experience using BigQuery
• Good understanding of the software development process and best practices
• Strong knowledge and proven experience using SQL
• Strong knowledge of and experience with visualization tools like Looker, QlikView, Tableau or PowerBI
