Responsibilities

• Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
• Establish the company's goals and objectives.
• Recruit and train new employees.

• Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Finance or other related fields.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in a related position.
• Outstanding leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month

Responsibilities

• Analyze users' needs and then design, test, and develop software to meet those needs.
• Recommend software upgrades for customers' existing programs and systems.
• Design each piece of an application or system and plan how the pieces will work together
• Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Training users
• Working closely with other developers, business and systems analysts

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies
• The ability to learn new technologies quickly
• An analytical mind
• The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
