Role Description

• The business development/sales manager will be responsible for developing sales leads and client acquisition to drive revenue growth.
• The role holder will develop a network of clients for the company’s target market, research new market opportunities and manage growth projects that ensure sales projections and forecasted revenue goals are achieved, in line with projected income.

The Role

• The Senior Finance Analyst will support the Financial Controller in driving operational finance excellence, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory obligations, and delivering accurate and timely reporting. The role is hands-on, with a focus on financial operations, tax compliance, and management reporting.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payables, receivables and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Conduct variance analysis and highlight key drivers of performance for management review.
• Oversee tax compliance processes (PAYE, VAT, WHT, CIT, NSITF, Pension, etc.), ensuring timely filings and remittances.
• Maintain up-to-date schedules for all balance sheet accounts to support reporting and audit readiness.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial models and drive compliance with internal control.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and special projects assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualification completed or in progress (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in the finance function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and accounting systems (QuickBooks, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing and mentoring junior analysts.
