    Business Development Executive (Female)

    Job Objective(s)

    • Finding and recruiting the right channel members, then on boarding them. Ensure retaining and penetrating those existing channel member accounts.
    • Sells the entire product line(or selections) to a single or multiple account within the territory, according to products mapping into outlets types.
    • Represent the company to the channel partners and channel partner to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Using advanced product knowledge and business planning skills will drive sell-in to channel members
    • Manage the day-to-day activities around generating and placing orders towards the achievement of specific channels sales targets.
    • Collects data and feedback on product performance, competition ad other vital information from the market.
    • Acts as an advisor to the channel members to help them plan their orders in order to achieve minimum profitability targets for this business.
    • Works closely with Marketing to promote products and generate awareness for the brands under the company’s brand portfolio.
    • Build and grow genuine relationships with channel partners, especially the key individuals that manage the businesses.
    • This role will have a revenue responsibility /quota target.
    • Typical revenue responsibility will be determined by the National Sales Manager.
    • Conducting scheduled and unscheduled visits as part of account coverage with physical visits and inspection of 3rd party retail outlets.

    Requirements
    Education / Experience:

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.

    Sales Executive (Female)

    Employment Type: Full-time
    Functionally reports into: Outlet Manager
    Administratively reports to: Outlet Manager

    Job Objective(s)

    • Supports the outlet manager to grow sales through a focus on excellent customer service and relationship management.
    • Act as a beauty and luxury lifestyle products consultant to walk-in customers in assigned outlet.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Acts as advisor or consultants to walk-in customers and over-the-phone customers.
    • Provide friendly, efficient service to all walk-in customers.
    • Offer information about merchandise selection to help customers choose wisely.
    • Have deep product knowledge and exhibit familiarity with all product information.
    • Actively listen to customers and then provide them with solutions that are exactly what they need.
    • Excite customers about how new products can enhance their lives.
    • Assist customer by suggesting additional merchandise that compliments their selections.
    • Assist in pricing merchandise, markdowns, restocking and other retail related duties.
    • Be able to effectively handle customer service issues.
    • Assist and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards.
    • Know and use promotional event information to maximize sales.
    • Assist in preparation of periodic physical inventory exercises.
    • Be able to use PoS Systems for sales & other check-out functions

    Minimum Education Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree is a minimum
    • Masters Degree an advantage

    Required Experience:

    • 1-3 years of experience working in a luxury service retail environment, or other Customer service experience and/or retail sales experience.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Good reporting skills.
    • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

    Internal Auditor (Male)

    Job Description

    • Do you possess audit instincts that will enable you to conduct an audit of Montaigne’s financial reports and assess the internal control system?
    • Are you willing to use your investigative skills to conduct investigations or forensic audit if fraudulent activities are suspected?

    Responsibilities
    You will assist the audit department to:

    • Keeprecord to conform with tax law and to provide financial data for the management of Montaigne Business.
    • Ensurethat costs and revenue are properly captured.
    • Make adequate provision for cost, Bank Charges, etc.
    • Maintain Asset Register and compute monthly depreciation.
    • Prepares income tax and other government reports.
    • Prepares weekly creditors and debtor's schedule.
    • Prepares report of daily bank lodgment.
    • Prepares report of daily bank balances.
    • Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking appropriate action (escalate when necessary).

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Error-free reconciliation statement
    • The satisfaction of internal customers
    • Level of adherence to accounting operating procedures.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience.

    Reporting Relationships:

    • Functionally reports into Head, Internal Auditor
    • Administratively reports to Head, Internal Auditor

    • None.
