    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executiveto join our team.
    • This role is focused on selling our SaaS-based Human Resource (HR) products to businesses looking to optimize their HR processes.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and driving revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Identify and research potential clients in the HR and business sectors.
    • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
    • Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations.

    Sales & Client Engagement:

    • Present and demonstrate the HR SaaS product to prospective clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their HR challenges.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
    • Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.

    Sales Reporting & Target Achievement:

    • Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue targets.
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

    Market & Product Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer insights.

    Key Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Experience: 2 - 3 years in sales, preferably in SaaS, HR solutions, or B2B sales.

    Skills:

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand technical SaaS products and explain them effectively.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

    Quality Assurance Software Tester

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a Software Tester who is passionate about product quality and eager to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual and automated testing and will contribute to every stage of the QA process.
    • Experience or interest in Security Testing, particularly VAPT, is a strong advantage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile platforms.
    • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
    • Identify, report, and manage bugs and inconsistencies using tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to improve product quality.
    • Collaborate in agile sprints and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
    • Support test automation and contribute to improving the QA process and test coverage.
    • Assist in basic security testing and vulnerability checks as part of the release cycle.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a software testing or QA role.
    • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices.
    • Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
    • Experience testing web applications and APIs.
    • Knowledge of test management tools and bug tracking systems.
    • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
    • Bonus: Familiarity with VAPT, OWASP Top 10, or basic cybersecurity testing principles.
