    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence within the MEP sector.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in business development within the construction or engineering industry, specifically with a strong understanding of MEP services.

    Responsibilities

    • Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, projects, and industry trends within the MEP sector.
    • Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals. Qualify leads based on their potential and alignment with our service offerings.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, consultants, and end-users.
    • Proposal Development and Presentation: Collaborate with the technical team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and tender documents that effectively communicate our value proposition.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Lead and manage the negotiation process to secure new contracts and achieve sales targets.
    • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's business development strategy to achieve growth objectives.
    • Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build relationships and stay informed about market developments.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and sales performance. Provide regular updates to senior management.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies within the MEP industry.

    Person Specification

    • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the MEP, construction, or engineering industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals. • Strong understanding of MEP systems, services, and industry practices.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Existing network of contacts within the MEP or construction industry is a significant advantage.

    Store Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Supervisor to support our client daily store operations in our client fabric facility.
    • The role involves assisting in the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of fabric materials.
    • This position is ideal for someone with basic storekeeping knowledge, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow within the textile or retail industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming fabrics and materials.
    • Ensure proper labelling and storage of fabric rolls and other inventory items.
    • Update inventory records and report discrepancies to the Manager.
    • Prepare materials for dispatch to production or sales teams.
    • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
    • Conduct regular physical counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
    • Assist with data entry using stock management software or manual records.
    • Report any fabric damage, shortage, or irregularities promptly.
    • Support the supervisor in day-to-day stockroom duties and general housekeeping.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE.
    • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory roles (fabric/textile background preferred).
    • Basic knowledge of fabric types and storage practices is an advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or basic inventory software.
    • Good organizational and communication skills.
    • Physically fit and able to lift fabric rolls and materials.
    • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
