Electricians at International Breweries

The key purpose of this role is to provide specialized electrical artisan skill and knowledge to the shift team, and to support the operations, maintenance of the brewing plant and to perform and assist in problem solving.

Key attributes and competencies:

• Should have good verbal, sight and hearing abilities to be able to do the job as prescribed

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Electrical Engineering (Automation/Instrumentation added advantage)
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in FMCG environment
• Ideally 3-6 months on the job training
• Manufacturing Basic Maintenance Training

The key purpose of this job is to provide an overall Electrical Engineering Maintenance Service to the brewery, thereby, enabling production to be optimized at a minimum cost to provide an electrical workshop service to the entire site. Is the responsible person for the integrity and reliability of high voltage i.e. 11kv where it comes into the plant through transformers, switch gear and associated installations.

Key attributes and competencies:

• Brewing, Utilities & Packaging maintenance workshop experience

Minimum requirements:

• Trade test qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Certificated in high voltage installations and maintenance
• Min: 3 - 5 years in FMCG experience
• 1-3 Years technical mechanical/electrical and entire brewery experience in a leadership capacity in a FMCG environment
