The Brand Design Executive is responsible for bringing the brand to life through compelling visual communication across digital, print, retail, packaging, and marketing channels. The role ensures all creative assets are delivered on time, align with brand guidelines, and support marketing and commercial objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Brand Design & Creative Execution
- Design high-quality creative assets for digital, print, retail, events, and internal communications.
- Produce engaging social media creatives, campaign visuals, website banners, email graphics, and advertising materials.
- Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts that align with business goals.
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Campaign Asset Development
- Execute creative assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand activations.
- Develop key visual adaptations across multiple formats and platforms.
- Create POS materials including: Shelf wobblers, Danglers, Flyers, Posters, Roll-up banners, Trade marketing materials
Packaging & Product Artwork
- Support packaging design updates and artwork revisions.
- Prepare print-ready production files.
- Ensure artwork complies with brand standards and production requirements.
- Liaise with printers and production vendors where required.
Motion & Digital Content Support
- Create simple motion graphics and animated assets for social media.
- Resize and adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, and paid advertising.
- Support video thumbnail creation and digital campaign assets.
Brand Consistency
- Maintain and enforce brand identity across all creative outputs.
- Ensure correct use of logos, typography, imagery, and colour systems.
- Manage and organize the company\'s creative asset library.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service/E-commerce, Trade Marketing, and Operations
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
- Provide design support for company-wide initiatives.
Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
