Banking Software Implementation & Support Officer (Experienced) at Integrated Software Services Limited

Role

• We're looking for an experienced Implementation & Support Officer to lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of IntegraBanking for our financial institution clients — primarily microfinance banks and finance houses.
• You'll be the technical and functional bridge between ISSL's engineering team and client operations staff, ensuring smooth go-lives and reliable day-to-day support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of IntegraBanking at client sites: requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support
• Provide first- and second-line production support to existing bank/finance house clients, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering for escalations
• Configure core banking parameters (chart of accounts, product setup, interest/charges rules, workflow approvals) to match each client's operational requirements
• Support CBN regulatory compliance rollouts (e.g., AML/CFT/CPF reporting features) at client sites
• Document implementation procedures, support tickets, and client-specific configurations
• Act as a trusted technical point of contact for client operations and IT teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience implementing or supporting core banking for MFBs, or finance houses
• Strong understanding of banking operations: loans, deposits, GL, regulatory reporting
• Comfortable working directly with client staff — trainers, operations officers, IT departments
• SQL literacy for troubleshooting and data queries
• Familiarity with CBN regulatory requirements is a strong plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to Lagos; willing to travel to client sites within Nigeria.
