Job Summary

• We are seeking motivated and organized Bank Tellers to join us in our quest to be the preferred Microfinance institution with a commanding presence nationwide.
• To promote, provide financial services to prospective and existing clients of Cedar Microfinance Bank Limited with the aim of attaining the Bank’s Vision and Mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Accept cash deposits and savings from internal and external customers of the Bank.
• Welcome visitors and customers to the Banking hall with courtesy.
• Provide cordial and excellent customer service to customers of the Bank by handling their requests, questions and complaints with speed and professionalism.
• Handles cash withdrawals of savings and loan disbursement for customers with accuracy.
• Assisting Bank clients with routine cash, transfer and financial transactions.
• Error and fraud-free transactions- posting, reconciliation, till management.
• Promoting the Bank’s financial products and services.
• Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals or payments.
• Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, customers and ensuring all information stored is complete.
• Maintaining and balancing cash drawers/tills and reconciling transaction discrepancies.
• Support the Branch in other role as directed by the Branch Supervisor and Head of Finance and operations.

General Requirements
Applicants must:

• First Degree, NCE, HND, OND or equivalent with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Possess good customer relationships management, marketing, communication and interpersonal relation skills.
• Prior experience will be an added advantage.
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.

Remuneration and Benefits

• N60,000 - N80,000 (Gross) Monthly.
• Others Inclusive: 13th Month + HMO + Pension + Leave allowance
