• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry
• Ability to identify, develop, and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and expand market coverage
• Knowledge of market intelligence gathering and competitor analysis.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territories
• Possession of a valid driver's license will be an added advantage

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or any other relevant discipline
• At least five (5) years of relevant working experience in production management, preferably in the alcoholic beverage, brewery, distillery, or FMCG manufacturing industry
• Demonstrable knowledge of beverage production processes, blending, formulation control, filtration, bottling or filling, and packaging operations.
• Must possess a well-developed sensory evaluation ability and be capable of assessing the taste, aroma, colour, and other sensory characteristics of alcoholic beverages produced, in accordance with approved quality procedures
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, quality assurance, and production safety procedures
• Added Advantage: Professional training or certification in production management, quality management, beverage technology, or food safety

• At least five (5) years of relevant working experience in a reputable organization, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or a related industry
• Professional qualification such as ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, or an equivalent recognized accounting qualification will be a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, taxation, auditing, production costing, and profitability analysis and financial reporting
• Proficiency in A ccounting softwares and Microsoft Office
• Added Advantage: Experience managing the finances of a manufacturing company with inventory, production costs, distribution, and multiple operational departments
