    Assistant Sales Manager (Internet Service Provider)

    Job Summary

    • Supervise and boost the sales of Sales persons/Connectivity Consultants.
    • Assist the Sales Manager in leading the team towards target achievement.
    • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.

    Duties

    • Position reporting to the Sales Manager.
    • Supervise sales of the team reference the sales acquisition process and tools (via PIF and reports).
    • Supervise and advise on the solution proposed to prospects following the PIF (Prospect Information Form).
    • Assist to Lead, supervise, motivate and closely monitor team.
    • Prepare and execute sales plan to increase sales, with attention to details and follow through Reports to the sales manager on activities of the teams/achievements periodically.
    • Maintain required record-keeping and reporting of sales and services activities.
    • Demonstrate customer-driven attitude through excellent knowledge of products, services, rates and represent the product and company in a professional manner.
    • Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling), maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s services and keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
    • Ensure all schemes and procedures launched by the company are pushed to the maximum with full compliance by team members.
    • Also ensure the team members are in their best optimal level in terms of sales, administrative responsibilities, processes and physical outlook.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / M.Sc in Business Administration or a related field; certification in Sales or Marketing will bean asset.
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    • Proven working experience as a project administratorin the information technology sector
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills with proficiency in English Language.
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

    IP Operations Engineer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support for corporate clients.
    • Design implements and support IT, Security and Network Solutions for corporate clients.
    • Troubleshoot Core network problems.
    • Upgrade core network equipment and configuration

    Personal Responsibilities

    • Report to the Head of the Department.
    • Responsible for all assigned equipment to his team.
    • Should maintain a high level of personal responsibility in order to be an example to his colleagues.
    • Abide and apply the rules and regulations of the department and the company as a whole.
    • Responsible for achieving any assignment given by his Manager
    • Keeping up to date with departmental and company notification via Emails, Notice board and other mediums
    • Keeps himself up-to-date with the technologies required by companies.

    Technical Skills:

    • In depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack
    • Configuration and maintenance of network equipment including routers, switches, Firewalls
    • Experience in Mikrotik and cisco devices configuration
    • Solid Understanding of Layer 3 technologies (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP..) and layer 2 technologies(VLAN, trunks, STP..)
    • Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
    • Good Knowledge in Unix Servers (Redhat, Centos, and Debian…)
    • Ability to understand and work on new technologies and to quickly adopt to equipment made by different vendors.
    • Ability to design topologies and provide consultancy for corporate customers.
    • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
    • LAC/LNS Implementation and troubleshooting knowledge.
    • MPLS L2VPNs, L3VPNs and VPLS knowledge is a plus.
    • Cisco ASA and Juniper firewalls configuration and maintenance is a plus.

    General Skills:

    • Interpersonal relationship.
    • Maintain good communication and interaction with customers and colleagues.

    • Knowledge sharing.
    • Communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Academic / Education Qualifications

    • BSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Communication Engineering or Telecom.

    Certifications:

    • CCNA is a must.
    • CCNP is preferable.

    Experience:

    • At least 3 years proven hands-on experience in network engineering

    Language Qualifications:

    • Good verbal and writing skills in English are mandatory.

    Professional Service Engineer

    Job Description / Responsibilities

    • Installation and configuration of network devices such as: routers, switches, firewall and access points.
    • Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied.
    • Communicate with clients to determine their needs and explain complex issues.
    • Identify faults or performance issues within the customer network.
    • Perform Site Survey/Wifi survey: Perform site inspection/survey and propose a network design.
    • LAN Audit: Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and other network and system problems.
    • Hotspot survey and installation: Perform site inspection/survey for hotspot users and configure it in accordance with their requirements.
    • Firewall: Deploying firewall (mostly Sophos UTM) and endpoints for clients. Troubleshoot to identify issues and resolve it.

    Core Competencies

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 3 years work experienece.
    • Good communication and customer service skills.
    • Good knowledge of networking technologies - TCP/IP, DNS etc.
    • Proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach.
    • Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
    • Strong diagnostic, analysis and problem resolution skills with a flexible approach to problem solving.
    • Good technical documentation skills.
    • Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritization of workload.
    • Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
