    Assessment Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and validate assessment instruments (tests, rubrics, interview guides) prior to use.
    • Observe and moderate aptitude tests, written assessments, and interviews.
    • Independently score or re-score candidate scripts and interview outcomes where required.
    • Ensure strict adherence to assessment guidelines and ethical standards.
    • Identify and report any inconsistencies or bias in the assessment process.
    • Provide professional feedback to improve assessment quality and reliability.
    • Prepare independent moderation and evaluation reports after each assessment cycle.
    • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all candidate information and materials.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Measurement & Evaluation, Psychology, or a related field.
    • TRCN certification is an added advantage.
    • At least 1-2 years of teaching experience.
    • Good knowledge of the British and Nigerian education curriculum.
    • Proven experience as an examiner, moderator, assessor, or admissions evaluator.
    • Strong knowledge of standardized assessment and competency-based evaluation.
    • Excellent analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
    • Demonstrated integrity, neutrality, and professional judgment.
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel etc.).

    Subject Teacher

    Job Duties

    • Lead and manage a class
    • Identify and adopt the most effective teaching approaches for the students.
    • Monitor teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of the students
    • Plan and deliver effective sequences of lessons
    • Identify and teach skills that will develop students’ ability to work independently and communicate effectively
    • Identify and teach skills that will develop students’ social independence
    • Lead subject or identified area within the School Improvement Plan and ensure progress is at least good.
    • Report Students’ progress

    Qualification and Skills

    • Should possess a minimum of B.ED, B.Sc(Ed), B.A(Ed) or an equivalent degree.
    • NYSC Completion is Compulsory.
    • P.G.D.E. and T.R.C.N. certification is an added advantage.
    • Must be fluent in English Language(written and spoken) and should be a go-getter.
    • Must be passionate about Teaching
    • Must be conversant with 21st century ICT Tools.
    • Must be computer literate, particularly with good proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
    • Must be an excellent team builder and player.
    • Must have a minimum of a year of teaching experience.
