Job Purpose

• Cordros Capital Limited needs an Application Support Specialist who is responsible for providing exceptional technical support for our software applications. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, ensuring that problems are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with development teams, system administrators, and end-users to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues. Your role will also involve monitoring application performance, implementing updates, and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for software applications and resolve user issues.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Document issues, resolutions, and create technical guides for users.
• Train users on new features and updates of the software.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Implement software updates and patches as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
• Work closely with Development teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.

Job Requirements
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A Second Degree and/or Completion of Relevant Professional Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years' proven experience in application support or a similar role.

Key Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficiency knowledge in the following areas:

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and ITIL processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with product management and end-to-end project lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks for ensuring application reliability and performance.

Job Purpose

• We are in need of a dedicated and seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer who specializes in developing innovative and user-centric mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-quality, scalable solutions using Flutter and adhering to best practices such as the MVVM pattern or Clean Architecture. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs using either Laravel or Node.js. You will also contribute to product management and UI/UX design, leveraging tools like Figma to deliver intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

Responsibilities        

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter, adhering to MVVM principles or Clean Architecture.
• Design, build, and optimize backend APIs with Laravel or Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure code quality and application performance by implementing state management tools like Riverpod, GetX, or Bloc.
• Manage the CI/CD pipeline to automate deployment processes for seamless product delivery.
• Create intuitive UI/UX designs using Figma, contributing to a visually cohesive and user-friendly experience.
• Work closely with product management teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to current projects.

Job Requirements
