    AI/ML Engineer

    About the Role:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for NLP tasks such as information extraction, document classification, legal search, and text analysis.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
    • Perform data preprocessing, annotation, and feature engineering on legal and text-based datasets.
    • Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI and ML models aligned with product needs.
    • Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve the performance and scalability of deployed models,
    • Ensure model interpretability, explainability, and ethical AI compliance.
    • Support the development of data pipelines and internal tools for AI development and deployment.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong exposure to NLP and transformer-based models.
    • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
    • Experience with NLP tools and frameworks, including spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI libraries.
    • Proven experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions, including text generation, summarisation, and conversational agents.
    • Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LLMs and vector databases.
    • Experience deploying models via REST APIs, Docker containers, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
    • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles.
    • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or similar platforms.
    • Experience working with large-scale text-based or legal datasets is an added advantage.

    C# Developer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain C# .NET applications (backend & some frontend) for legal workflows.
    • Work with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server to build robust APIs and services.
    • Integrate third-party legal tools, APIs, and document automation systems.
    • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for enterprise clients.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and legal experts to refine features.
    • Write clean, maintainable code with unit tests (xUnit/NUnit) and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a regulated, compliance-driven environment.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a seasoned Client Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with clients across FCT and the broader Northern Region. This strategic role combines account management, client relationship leadership, and revenue growth. You will serve as the key liaison between the company and our legal and corporate clients, oversee key accounts, and ensure the region meets its revenue targets. The ideal candidate is client-focused, results-driven, and skilled at balancing relationship management with revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and retention
    • Follow up on client renewals, payments, and subscription cycles to drive revenue growth
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts in your region
    • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to users
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts
    • Work closely with internal teams (sales, support, product) to address client feedback and issues
    • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

    Qualifications:
