    Agri Sales Manager - Ibadan

    Key Responsibilities:

    New Customer Onboarding:

    • Identify and approach new buyers and processors of soybean, soya meal, and soya oil (crude & refined).
    • Explain product offerings and the onboarding process clearly.
    • Collect necessary KYC and account setup documents from clients.

    Client Visits & Relationship Management:

    • Visit clients regularly to build rapport, ensure satisfaction, and understand purchase patterns.
    • Serve as the face of the company during field visits and maintain a positive brand image.

    Sales Target Achievement:

    • Drive product movement by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Actively contributes to expanding the customer base.

    Feedback & Intelligence:

    • Provide regular feedback on competitor activities, market demand, and customer preferences.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related fields.
    • 1–3 years in Agri-sales or Client servicing.
    • Proven track record in B2B or institutional sales.
    • A strong network in the oil mills, feed manufacturers, traders, and agro-industrial buyers
    • ·Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages.

    Site Manager (Expert)

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction sites. This high-level role is suitable for a dynamic leader who can coordinate site activities, manage site personnel, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of projects to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations at construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Coordinate with project engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, and other professionals.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
    • Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for upper management.
    • Handle site logistics, resource allocation, and equipment management.
    • Conduct site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
    • Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
    • Ensure high-quality standards in all aspects of construction work.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
    • Maximum of 10 years’ experience in a similar senior site role.
    • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management tools.
    • Professional certification (e.g., COREN, NSE, or CORBON) is an added advantage.
