    Administrative Officer

    Job Summary

    • The administrative officer will provide administrative and clerical support to the organization. He oversees the entire administrative system of the company.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries and replying to emails.
    • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
    • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
    • Systematically filing important company documents.
    • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
    • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
    • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
    • Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management is advantageous.
    • At least 3 years of Proven experience working as an Administrative Officer.

    Building Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Building Engineer will be responsible for administering and repairing structures and buildings including apartments, workplaces, or healthcare facilities. A burnt-out light bulb, a leaky roof, or a dead air conditioner, and responsible for all physical aspects of a building. He must have the working knowledge of maintenance and repair, and abilities to carry out our major renovation and supervisor building project.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
    • Perform some build maintenance and electrical work as necessary.
    • May assist in solicitation and acquisition of new management contracts.
    • Assist in testing and repair of fire and safety equipment.
    • Lead/attend project kick-off workshops to ensure work plans are in place to allocate proper resourcing, quality execution, and financial targets are met.
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all HVAC equipment and other related machinery.
    • Keep accurate operational logs of equipment in multiple builds.
    • The group provides services for all phases of a project's life cycle, from programming and planning to detailed design, construction, and operation.
    • Responsible for the overall execution and delivery of projects
    • Work collaboratively with relevant government agencies.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or a related field.
    • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a Building Engineer.
    • Relevant certifications.
    • Strong communication and project management skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicable software.
    • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
    • Strong creative and visualization skills.

    Architect

    Job Summary

    • The Architect will plan, develop and implement building designs. He/ She will compile feasibility reports, determine environmental impact, create project proposals, estimate costs, determine timelines and oversee construction processes.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
    • Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
    • Developing and presenting project proposals.
    • Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
    • Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
    • Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
    • Complying with safety standards and planning regulations.
    • Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
    • Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Architecture or a related field.
    • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience as an Architect.
    • Relevant certifications.
    • Excellent technical drawing skills.
    • Strong communication and project management skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
    • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
    • Strong creative and visualization skills.
