    Admin / Operations Lead

    • We are seeking a resourceful and highly organized Administrative and Finance Operations Lead to ensure smooth office operations, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate international business trips for the Business Leads. This role requires a proactive individual with an understanding of ERP systems, excellent planning and communication skills, and familiarity with key locations on the Island.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient, well-organized work environment.
    • Manage relationships and communications with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
    • Plan and coordinate international business trips for the CEO and executive team, including travel arrangements, accommodations, itinerary planning, and expense management.
    • Utilize ERP systems to support finance and administrative processes, including invoice tracking, purchase orders, and record keeping.
    • Assist with finance operations as needed, including budget tracking and vendor payments coordination.
    • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
    • Maintain accurate records of office assets, supplies, and expenditures.
    • Provide administrative support to senior management and other teams as required.
    • Proactively identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to optimize office efficiency.
    • Stay informed about key locations, service providers, and logistical considerations on the Island to support event planning and travel logistics.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, finance operations, or related roles.
    • Great knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
    • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
    • Resourceful with the ability to proactively solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with the Island’s geography, venues, and service providers is a significant advantage.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

    Technical Assistant to the CEO

    Job Summary:

    • The Technical Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level executive support, managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and engagements with a strong understanding of the technology sector both locally in Nigeria and internationally. This role requires a dependable, resourceful, and street-smart professional with excellent executive presence who can represent the CEO effectively, including preparing presentations and delivering speeches on their behalf. A critical aspect of this role is extensive experience in planning and booking complex international travel itineraries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, plan itineraries, coordinate meetings, and organize both domestic and international travel arrangements efficiently.
    • Demonstrate extensive experience in booking and managing complex international business trips, including flights, accommodations, visas, and logistics.
    • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and speeches for internal and external engagements.
    • Represent and speak on behalf of the CEO when required, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and manage incoming communications and prioritizing tasks.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technology landscape in Nigeria and abroad to provide relevant insights and context for the CEO’s decision-making.
    • Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
    • Exhibit resourcefulness by anticipating needs and proactively solving problems to ensure seamless executive operations.
    • Uphold strict confidentiality, loyalty, and discretion in all dealings.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile to support the CEO and organizational goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
    • Proven experience supporting high-level executives, managing complex schedules, and handling confidential information.
    • Extensive experience in planning and booking international business travel.
    • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in preparing presentations and delivering speeches.
    • In-depth knowledge of the technology sector in Nigeria and internationally.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated executive presence and professionalism.
    • High degree of dependability, loyalty, and discretion.
    • Resourceful, street-wise, and able to work independently under pressure.
    • Proficiency with office software and technology tools.
