    Accounts Executive

    Our client,  urgently requires the services of an Account Executive 

    Ideal candidate must be mentally agile, team player & must have great leadership and communication skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Produce weekly and Monthly management as well as financial reports (Bank reconciliation)
    • Show true reflection of company's financial status
    • Financial liaison with Vendors re Quote validation, negotiate payment terms
    • Cash Flow analysis and Projection (Monthly)
    • Staff Payroll Management (Statutory taxes etc)
    • Liaise with External Auditors
    • Internal cost control system. Enforce guidelines for Expenditure
    • Weekly expenditure analysis (Top Spenders)
    • Quarterly Budget preparation
    • Coordinate all Statutory Obligations - VAT, PAYE, Income TAX
    • Experience with office  like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail

    Qualification and Experience

    • BSc. Accounting, accounting professional experience is an added advantage
    • At least 3yrs experience in Accounting

    Healthcare Assistant

    Our client in the pharmaceutical industry urgently requires the services  of a HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT.

    Responsibilities 

    • Dispenses prescription medication and other medical products to patients under direction of the licensed pharmacist
    • Attractive arrangement of products (drugs and non-drugs) within the Pharmacy store.
    • Regular checking of product expiry dates.
    • Counts pills, labels bottles with prices as directed
    • Performs administrative duties, including answering phones, receiving and inputting prescription orders, operating cash registers, and restocking inventory and general cleaning of the store and products.
    • Gather, organize, and assess patient information
    • Supplies patients with information, answer questions relating to their drug usage under direction of licensed pharmacist
    • Ensure quality service delivery through the implementation of the cadencing process
    • Actively participate in all pharmacy related activities such as meetings, Pharmacy academy, community outreaches and other related activities
    • Receive and take inventory of products supplied.
    • Carry out cleaning of shelves 
    • Prepares billing information for medications
    • Completes patients' sales transactions for purchase of prescription and over-the-counter medications as well as other pharmaceutical products.
    • Place orders for product needed in the Pharmacy as directed by the Pharmacist
    • Come up with solutions and ideas to improve customer service delivery
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management or team lead

     

    Location: Ogudu.

    Qualification: Pharmacy technician

    Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a community pharmacy
