    Account Manager

    About the Role

    • This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s ready to step up, bringing structure and clarity to day-to-day finance operations for Milestone Boutique Apartments and its Real Estate Development sister company.
    • You’ll be trusted to manage everything from month-end and budgeting to year-end reporting, while working closely with the Director on key decisions.

    Responsibilities
    What a typical day looks like:

    • Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
    • Keeping records and cross examination of transactions, invoices, payments, and expenses
    • Processing of monthly payroll journals and reconciliation of payroll records to accounts
    • Managing and processing bills and Invoices
    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
    • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities
    • Managing the company’s accounts.
    • Preparation of the company's annual accounts for submission to FIRS and jtb
    • Tracking progress of project activities to enable appropriate project financial performance including risk analysis
    • Assist in the management of the project data to ensure accurate reporting and accounts integrity.
    • Preparing for monthly financial information by investigating variances and analysis for projects to explain actual financial performance against budget
    • Tracking Intercompany transactions and assist with cost and revenue reporting
    • Collaborate with supply chain, commercial and operations teams to further understand projects
    • Ad hoc projects as required

    Key Requirements

    • University Degree or Professional qualification in Accounting with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience in taxation and accounting for production or bakery operations.
    • Proven experience in accounting and taxation laws in Nigeria .

    • Strong knowledge and experience of IFRS, Nigeria taw laws, financial reporting, and compliance.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Driver and Butler

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a hardworking, active person who can multitask.
    • We want a motivated and loyal person to work within a small team in the centre of Ikeja/Ojodu.
    • The candidate will be a driver and offer Butler services.

    House Management and butler role involves: Working with a small team

    • Errands and Butler Services
    • Assist with Cleaning
    • Attending to guests needs as and when needed
    • Housekeeper chores- making sure everything in the house is working
    • Food and groceries shopping
    • Caring for guests and visitors
    • Serving of food and drinks.

    Requirements

    • SSCE / WAEC
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver for a corporate organisation (references required).
    • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Mentally and visually sound
    • Knowledge of basic car maintenance
    • Expert knowledge of Lagos roads, especially Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, and alternative routes.
    • Proven ability to navigate heavy traffic and peak-hour conditions efficiently.
    • Physically fit; to lift, walk, stand, bend and climb stairs
    • Polite, punctual, and presentable.
