    Account Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Account Manager will be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller in the administration of the association’s financial accounts as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • This role requires a proactive approach to account management, and high standards of service to external and internal stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements and detailed supplementary
    • schedules forming part of Financial Statements.
    • Variance Analysis
    • Scrutiny of General Ledger Balances on Regular basis
    • Proficient in Reconciliations of all major items in Income Statement and Balance Sheet eg. Sales, Stock, Bank, Duties & Taxes.
    • Preparation of various Management Reports (Regular and Adhoc)
    • Handling Internal and External Audits
    • Assisting other Finance SubFunctions as and when required.

    Qualifications

    • BSC graduate in accounting or related field. ICAN (added advantage)
    • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Good/Sound Accounting Skills & Knowledge
    • Strong Analytical Skills
    • Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
    • Good knowledge of Companies Act and Tax Laws
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
    • Communication Skills (written and oral)
    • Knowledge of Account Payable process (added advantage)
    • Supervisory Experience and Team Coordinator Experience in Large Firm.
    • Tax Knowledge and Withholding Tax Knowledge.

    Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develops and Implements Maintenance Programs Regular Review and Strict Adherence to Existing Practices
    • Maintains Zero Equipment and Machinery Breakdown
    • Timely maintenance of equipment Monitors and recommends specialized equipment need
    • Completion of tasks from task board Monitors workshop material racks Advises staff of materials shortages
    • Planning and Scheduling Maintenance Procedures and Activities at Mother and Daughter’s stations.
    • Assigning, Coordinating and Supervising Maintenance Activities
    • Reporting and Documentation of all Maintenance Activities in the Facility
    • Provide adequate on-the-job training to helpers to develop them professionally.
    • To implement the latest maintenance practices.
    • Conform to all Safety and Health Standards and report accidents/near miss/incidents
    • Provide technical support to the maintenance team during difficulties and challenges on the job.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance

    City Head / Market Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The City Head / Market Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all sales and market activities within the assigned areas.
    • This role involves managing a team of sales professionals; marketing, developing and executing strategies to drive sales awareness, and ensuring the achievement of company’s targets. E.g Facilitating the sales of high - quality spices and other FMCG products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
    • Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and development.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the market, aligning with corporate objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market share within the city/market.
    • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for product and service improvements.
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the sales process.
    • Monitor and optimize resource allocation within the team to improve efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and team performance.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in Sales
    • Experience in the FMCG sector.

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
