CS Offshore set up its wholly owned subsidiaries
- CS Offshore JLT in Mar 2010 in UAE to handle the ship management division of the company.
- CS Offshore Integrated Services Ltd, Nigeria was set up on 12 July 2011 to cater to our Nigerian operation of ship management and other activities.
- CS SETRA Catering Services Ltd., Nigeria was set up in Sept 2011 to provide offshore catering services at Nigeria
- CS Offshore PTE Ltd., Singapore was set up on 19 Sept 2011 to cater to ship management of offshore and main fleet vessel
