    Zonal Sales Representative

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand the Horticultural Division. 
    • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and improving customer relationships, managing sales performance, ensuring distributor success, and monitoring pricing strategies. 
    • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive commercial excellence in a dynamic and growing market.

    Key Responsibilities
    As a Sales Representative, you will:

    • Build and nurture healthy relationships with customers to uphold the company’s reputation and resolve commercial disputes.
    • Identifying new market opportunities for vegetable seeds and horticultural input sales.
    • Drive and monitor Horticultural input sales achieving monthly targets.
    • Organising and conducting varietal trials on various vegetables throughout the North-West & North-East States.
    • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase company’s market share.
    • Manage the performance of distributors, ensuring their sales meet the company objectives.
    • Preparing reports and presentations on sales data and market trends analysis.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • B.Sc or HND in Agricultural Extension, Crop Production, Horticulture, Botany, or similar related education is compulsory.
    • 5-10 years’ experience in the Horticultural Industry.
    • A person of integrity, loyal and hard working
    • Preferred candidate MUST be based in the North West.
    • Driving license with verifiable inter-state driving experience.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
    • A deep understanding of market dynamics and business operations in the horticulture value chain.
