Workshop Supervisor at Cranfield Talent Consultants

Position Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing all operations that are conducted in the workshop. The role is responsible for providing support and direction for the staff in the workshop. This role requires project management skills, strong communication and technical skills, strong problem-solving, excellent communication skills, good business knowledge and technical knowledge of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all technical activities involved in the Repairs, Maintenance, Installation in the workshop. 
• Monitor technical activities to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle customer complaints especially the technical aspect.
• Ensure product quality.
• Coordinate workshop resources, 
• Oversee the ordering of supplies, managing invoices.
• Provide technical expertise on key projects.
• Carryout diagnosis on vehicles
• Respond to correspondences like technical report.

Requirements

• BSc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is an added advantage. 
• Professional Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
