Responsibilities

• Manage workshop to ensure the corporate goals are achieved
• Provide leadership and strategically manage the workshop to ensure roadworthy buses are released for daily loading
• Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of buses in the workshop to ensure that there are no repeat jobs and breakdowns
• Ensure predictive and preventive maintenance programs is carried out in line with the Company’s policy
• Repair all mechanical issues, gear, and electrical systems of Toyota vehicles

Candidate Profile

• HND / B.Sc in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant maintenance experience required
• Minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in managing workshop
• Experienced in the maintenance and repair of Toyota engines, gearbox and electrical systems
• competency in the use of a Diagnostic machine is required
• Extensive knowledge on the repairs of electrical systems is mandatory
• Relevant certification from trade school, technical college, or apprenticeship will be an added advantage
• Previous experience working with maintenance software/application/ERP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
