    Wordpress Developer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Wordpress Developer located in Lagos.
    • The Wordpress Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites, updating existing WordPress websites, troubleshooting website issues, and ensuring website security and speed.
    • In addition, the Wordpress Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide customized solutions, as well as participate in the development of new website features and plugins.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field
    • Minimum of three years of experience in WordPress development
    • Experience with WordPress plugins and themes, as well as PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    • Experience with website optimization, website security, and website speed optimization
    • Experience with website hosting, website migration, and website integration with third-party platforms
    • Knowledge of website analytics and website SEO best practices
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
    • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
