Commercial and technical order processing in furniture production
Customer support and acquisition
Planning, organizing, and executing projects
Acting as a link between clients and internal stakeholders
Coordination between internal departments: design, production, procurement, logistics, and installation management
Requirements
Completed training as a Certified Wood Technician, Certified Designer, Master Carpenter, or have a degree in Wood Technology / Interior Design, or similar technical qualification
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Kuhnle Holz), and with 2D/3D CAD software (preferably AutoCAD, PaletteCAD)
Good English skills, written and spoken.
