We are looking for a Wireline Field Engineer, who will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of wireline operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery to clients, while maintaining strict compliance with HSEQ standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Service, Prepare Field Deliverables. Remove and secure resources, and deploy and position resources.
Prepare Resources, Verify Resources, Capture Field Data, Obtain Customer Acceptance of Delivery, Evaluate and Reconcile Resources, Implement Risk Response, Prepare the final job deliverables and job invoice with supporting documents.
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Execute service delivery to the customer.
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Assist the design/technical engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Lead service quality meetings with inhouse crew and improve performance using action plans.
Participate in HSE and quality initiatives. Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. Maintain the required safety training.
Developing resolutions to problems encountered at the wellsite of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations requires review of a variety of factors.
Working with the drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility.
Advising in the logging and completions operations: troubleshooting, wellsite analysis, and decision-making processes.
Supervise crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services.
Responsible for delivering safe and efficient wireline operations at wellsite onshore & offshore, including deepwater, maintaining excellent communications with the client, and ensuring timely delivery of data.
Contribute in the planning phase of wireline operations, suggesting innovative and cost-saving solutions without compromising on quality with a goal of exceeding expectations every single time.
Logging with open hole with the following services as the Lead Engineer: basic open hole service (density, neutron, sonic, spectral gamma ray, SP, DIT, AILT, CAL).
Logging of cased hole service equipment independently following services: radial bond tool, wireline perforation, casing & tubing cutter, tubing puncher, and bridge plug.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc. in an Engineering related field
Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (B.Sc)
Proficiency in planning, executing, and interpreting wireline logging operations, including open hole and cased hole services.
In-depth knowledge of wireline tools such as gamma ray (GR), resistivity, caliper, and cement bond logging tools.
