Wholesale Executive – North at BOGO Beverages

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Wholesale Executive to manage and grow our wholesale distribution network across the Northern region specifically Borno, Adamawa, and Kano. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in wholesale operations within the wine and beverage industry, excellent territorial knowledge of the region, and the ability to build and maintain strong distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive wholesale sales in assigned territories.
• Manage relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and key trade partners.
• Ensure proper coverage, visibility, and availability of all products across channels.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the region.
• Conduct regular market visits to supervise execution and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage stock levels and ensure timely order placement and delivery.
• Provide feedback and field reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Train and support trade partners on product knowledge and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must reside in either Borno, Adamawa, or Kano.
• Must own a personal car and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the wine and beverages industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision. 
• Excellent knowledge of the Northern market terrain and trade structure.
• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
