Wellwork Supervisor III

- We are seeking an experienced Wellwork Supervisor III to oversee safe and efficient execution of wellwork, workover, and intervention operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise wellwork operations and service partners offshore/onshore
- Ensure compliance with SSHE and operational procedures
- Coordinate logistics for equipment, personnel, and services
- Review and validate wellwork programs and execution plans
- Monitor operations and provide real-time technical feedback
- Support QA/QC inspections and equipment readiness checks
- Ensure accurate operational reporting and handover documentation
- Mentor junior staff and support training activities
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in wellwork or intervention operations
- Experience with operators or well service companies
- Well control certification required
- Strong leadership and offshore operational experience
