Weighbridge Operator at West African Soy Industries Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Day to Day efficient weighbridge operation like – Export and Domestic dispatches, Weigh IN – Weigh out of trucks, Loading advise generation, weigh bill generation, etc.
• Ensure timely truck placements and smooth flow of trucks between the weighbridge and Loading Bay.
• Manage and follow the communication system and process to ensure adequate awareness of daily operational-related issues.
• Proper documentation of all important documents like – Waybills, permits, Delivery Orders, etc.
• Interdepartmental coordination for smooth operations
• Timely and regular reporting of daily activities.
• Ensure data are used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data

Adhere to the requirements of FSSC, Feed Safety, GMP and QMS as it relates to my job function. 

REQUIREMENT

• SSCE or OND in any discipline 
• 2-3 years’ experience
• Solid understanding of export procedures
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges
